Oregon-Idaho HIDTA Training Initiative
The mission of the Oregon-Idaho HIDTA Training Initiative is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the various Initiatives in the region through training and networking/information sharing opportunities. This is accomplished by providing relevant, high priority training on a regular and timely basis. The Oregon-Idaho HIDTA Training Initiative proudly partners with the Oregon Narcotics Enforcement Association (ONEA) to hold an annual training institute where Federal, state, local and tribal drug enforcement investigators and analysts gather in one location to learn together.
These training classes and networking opportunities provide a forum which enhances collective efforts to measurably disrupt and/or dismantle drug trafficking and money laundering organizations.
Through the mentioned efforts, the Oregon-Idaho Training Initiative supports the ONDCP National Drug Control Strategy and the Oregon-Idaho HIDTA Counter Drug Strategy.
